During Kaupapa Matua I Have Learnt...

- I have learnt how to spell lots of new words.
- I have learnt how to write a good blog comment that has a question and is positive, thoughtful and       helpful and good blog post.
- I have learnt how to track pests such as: Rats, Mice, Stoats, Ferrets
  and Possums by their paw prints and how to trap a pest.
- I have learnt my 2x and now on my 5x.
- I have learnt how to write paragraph and how to write a good story.

Matariki Celebration

On Thursday 27th of Jun our class celebrated matariki there were lots of activities such as: soup making, wishes to Hiwa-i-te-rangi, string games, putting the matariki stars in their places and listening to maori miths the first activity that I went to was soup making with whaea Jasmine
she held up a matariki star and we had to guess it's name. The next activity was string games the first
string game was four triangles I had lots of fun and I loved the other activities too.

Heath's Reflection On This Term So Far...

This term I have been learning to tell a teacher what a conflict, protagonist, antagonist, hero and villain are. I am really enjoying maths because we are learning to measure volume, weight, mass, length and distance I love measuring! something I am working on is saying my pepeha when I think of myself as a learner I need to develop my writing so I never write capital letters in the wrong places. I am looking forward to the fun I will have tomorrow.
