Matariki Celebration

On Thursday 27th of Jun our class celebrated matariki there were lots of activities such as: soup making, wishes to Hiwa-i-te-rangi, string games, putting the matariki stars in their places and listening to maori miths the first activity that I went to was soup making with whaea Jasmine
she held up a matariki star and we had to guess it's name. The next activity was string games the first
string game was four triangles I had lots of fun and I loved the other activities too.
